safron 1Pinch
raisins 1Tablespoons
cashew,pista,almonds 2Tablespoons
milk 3Cup
water 4Cup
jaggery 1Cup
moong dal 1/2Cup
rice 1Cup
pepper 1Pinch
coconut pieces

Directions
wash and boil rice and moongnbsp; dal with 4 cups of water when the rice is almost cooked add milk and cook till rice is mashy add sauted nuts and add jaggery and cook till nice pudding consistency add chopped coconut and saffron
