Ingredients
- Potato – 5
- Onion – 1 (if big)
- Tomato – 1(if big)
- Garlic Pods – 7
- Chilli Powder – 1.5 Tablespoon
- Coriander powder – 1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric – 2 Pinch
- Fennel Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
- Mustard Seed – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt as required
- Oil as required
Cooking Method
- Pressure cook the Potatoes really well
- Once cooked, peel the Potatoes and cut them into medium sized pieces
- To the cut Potatoes add Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and add some oil.Mix it well and keep it aside
- In a separate kadai add Oil, Mustard Seeds, Fennel Seeds and Onion
- Once the Onion turns golden brown add Garlic pods and diced Tomato
- Once the Tomato is smashed, add the Potatoes
- Keep it in low flame.
- Once the oil starts oozing out, your Potato masala curry is cooked
- Take it out from the kadai and garnish with coriander leaves.
