potato masala curry

Ingredients
  1. Potato – 5
  2. Onion – 1 (if big)
  3. Tomato – 1(if big)
  4. Garlic Pods – 7
  5. Chilli Powder – 1.5 Tablespoon
  6. Coriander powder – 1 Tablespoon
  7. Turmeric – 2 Pinch
  8. Fennel Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
  9. Mustard Seed – 1 Teaspoon
  10. Salt as required
  11. Oil as required
Cooking Method
  1. Pressure cook the Potatoes really well
  2. Once cooked, peel the Potatoes and cut them into medium sized pieces
  3. To the cut Potatoes add Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and add some oil.Mix it well and keep it aside
  4. In a separate kadai add Oil, Mustard Seeds, Fennel Seeds and Onion
  5. Once the Onion turns golden brown add Garlic pods and diced Tomato
  6. Once the Tomato is smashed, add the Potatoes
  7. Keep it in low flame.
  8. Once the oil starts oozing out, your Potato masala curry is cooked
  9. Take it out from the kadai and garnish with coriander leaves.
