paneer butter masala receipe
- Greenpeas - 1 cup ( cooked )
- Paneer - 2 cups Water - 1½ cup
- Onion - 2
- Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Tomato - 2 ( puree )
- Cream - ¼ cup
- Cashew Nuts - 25gm ( soaked )
- Garam masala - ¾ teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Jeera powder - ¼ teaspoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves - ¼ cup ( chopped )
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Red food colour - 2 drops (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion. Grind sauted onion & nuts & make a paste.
- Melt butter in a pan & add ginger, garlic pastes & saute for 5 minutes. Add chilli powder & stir. Add tomato puree & sauce. When oil starts appearing add greenpeas & water. Cover & cook. Add onion paste, jeera powder, garam masala, salt, paneer & food colour. Boil for 5 minutes. Garnish with cream & coriander leaves.
