paneer butter masala receipe
  • Greenpeas - 1 cup ( cooked )
  • Paneer - 2 cups Water - 1½ cup
  • Onion - 2
  • Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato - 2 ( puree )
  • Cream - ¼ cup
  • Cashew Nuts - 25gm ( soaked )
  • Garam masala - ¾ teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Jeera powder - ¼ teaspoon
  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves - ¼ cup ( chopped )
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red food colour - 2 drops (optional)
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion. Grind sauted onion & nuts & make a paste.
  2. Melt butter in a pan & add ginger, garlic pastes & saute for 5 minutes. Add chilli powder & stir. Add tomato puree & sauce. When oil starts appearing add greenpeas & water. Cover & cook. Add onion paste, jeera powder, garam masala, salt, paneer & food colour. Boil for 5 minutes. Garnish with cream & coriander leaves.
